Renewable Heat Initiative

The Renewable Heat Initiative, or RHI, proposals, due to come into force in June 2011 will operate in a complimentary fashion to the existing Feed In Tariff by encouraging and enabling the installation of alternative, efficient heating plant and control equipment. This will provide an additional opportunity to reduce operating costs in your business.

But more than this, the structure of RHI is expected to allow the capital costs to be financed by way of an interest free loan which is repaid from the savings you make. So improvements can be undertaken with low or minimal capital costs.
