- Assess the number of buildings that will need an EPC or a DEC
- Obtain or commission drawings of the building
- Obtain details of the building’s structure and installed services
- Consider cost effectiveness of energy reduction measures
For DEC’s, collect and log meter readings or consignment notes for fuels used.
